The Admissions team at the University of St Andrews comprises 35 staff working in dedicated sub-teams to identify and attract the most academically talented students from across Scotland, the rest of the UK, Europe and overseas.

As an Education Liaison Officer, you’ll take on a varied and rewarding role that will require the roleholder to:

- **Make Admissions Recommendations**: Formulate clear and well-justified recommendations for offers, rejections, or further review, based on academic qualifications, personal statements, references, and other supporting materials.
- **System Development**: The role will assist in the evaluation and implementation of system updates and enhancements, working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and mínimal disruption to admissions operations.
- **Support Data Reporting**: Ensure accurate and timely recording of decisions and applicant data in admissions systems, and assist with producing Admissions number reporting as required.
- **Provide Feed**:

- **Support Appeals and Enquiries**: Assist in responding to applicant queries, appeals, and requests for feed
