**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Property Services Coordinator in Camden, London.

**Contract**: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
**Hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based.
**Salary**: £26161 - £26897

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining all work tasks for contractors and sub-contractors; raising jobs, requisitions and follow on works,
- Ensuring all records are always kept up to date including job details, appointments, job statuses, relevant time & dates, costs
- Providing updates to residents and providing excellent customer service
- Raising purchase orders
- Completing jobs on One Serve
- Arranging contractor meeting and taking minutes
- Other administrative duties as required

**What you will need to succeed**
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and is friendly and positive.
- Have strong administration skills and must be IT proficient.
- Have previous experience working within repairs and maintenance
- Have great communication skills, both oral and written.
- Be a self-motivated, resilient, assertive and confident person
- Have proven experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Be organised and able to multitask.
