This Full Service Comms Agency is seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic Client Service Account Manager to join their friendly and dedicated team. This full-time account management role is based on the outskirts of central Leeds and offers an excellentsalary and benefits alongside onsite parking and canteen.
As a flexible Client Service Account Manager, you will oversee projects daily, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential. You will also have daily contact with clients, and offering new and forward-thinking solutions will be essential to theproductive communication process.
Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Working closely with business development managers and managing all post-sale activities
- Processing new jobs and projects from the estimate stage to the proofing cycle and production
- Dealing with all sales and production queries to ensure met expectations and timelines
- Project management of key accounts ensuring all SLAs are achieved

To succeed in this client service account management role, you will need proven high-level industry expertise balanced with fantastic client relationship and project management skills. Ideally, you will be from a similar background with 3 to 5 years of experienceand the ability to showcase the following:

- An inquisitive mind and a knack for problem-solving
- Exceptional client and project management expertise with commercial acumen
- Proven experience in a similar environment
- Team-spirited with the ability to learn and teach others
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational and planning skills
