**Job description**

Our client, are looking for an accountant / bookkeeper to join their expanding team based in Newtownards (3 minute drive from Carryduff).

**Hours & Rate of pay**:

- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Hours can be negotiated to suit the needs of your lifestyle and commitments.
- Between £10 - £11 depending on experience
- Holiday pay included

**Job Duties**:
**Finance -**
- Invoicing
- Purchases
- Credit control
- Preparing supplier payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Use of SAGE (all training provided)

**Admin -**
- Updating job records
- Filing paperwork away
- Trader Support (full training will be provided)
- Answering the phone

**Required**:

- Minimum 1 years’ in accountancy / bookkeeping
- Minimum 1 years’ in administration and customer service
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines
- Experience in invoicing and credit control
- Strong communication skills
- **Driving license would be essential due to the location.**_

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience using SAGE, not essential however would be advantageous
- Previous experience in Trader support.
