Weldricks Pharmacy have a number of exciting opportunities for customer focussed individuals to join our growing team as a Payroll Administrator Clerk to join us at our Branch Service Centre in Doncaster. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week.

**What will you be doing?**

As our Payroll Administrator Clerk, you will provide a high standard of customer care, display high personal and work standards, train, help and guide colleagues as needed. Accurate processing and payment of all pay elements in accordance with HMRC and otherrelevant government regulations Other duties include but are not limited to:

- Pay employees in accordance with their basic salary adjusting for monthly hours sheets and other authorised adjustments
- Make deductions from pay by reference to authorised documentation and by statutory bodies (e.g. CSA)
- Pay SSP, SMP, SPP in accordance with legislation and company sick pay when appropriately authorised or under NJIC/pharmacist contracts
- Make deductions for PAYE/NI in accordance with legislation and current coding notifications
- Deal with any queries from staff promptly
- Process payroll in accordance with RTI.
- Process all payments by Bacs or cheque for all employees, agreeing to Moorepay report and inform Payroll Supervisor that it is ready to process.
- Ensure payment made for deductions made from payroll (e.g. CSA)
- Print P32 for transfer to be made for PAYE/NI ensuring it agrees to payroll summary reports.
- Liaise with HR department to ensure all relevant information is received for the processing of starts, leavers and absence via payroll.

**What do you need?**

As our Payroll Administrator Clerk, you will possess previous experience within a similar role alongside the following qualities:

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to help out other departments if needed
