We are currently recruiting for a Full-time (37.5 hours) Administrator to be based at one of our hubs either in Henbury (BS10) or Clevedon (BS21) with our Diabetes and Nutrition Service.
All of our locations have either free onsite parking or street parking extremely close by. We are happy to discuss flexible working patterns that fit with the above hours per week and service needs. You will be joining a friendly, established team where training and support will be provided.
Our Administrators play a key role in the effective running of all of our services. They are responsible for undertaking the day-to-day administration duties for the service which includes daily tasks such as:
- Receiving and uploading referrals
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and responding to referral process queries
- Hard-copy document management (e.g. copying, scanning, filing, disposal, archiving)
- Setting up meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Ordering supplies, organising rotas, monitoring diaries, co-ordinating lone working systems
- Using EMIS to accurately record patient information where appropriate and have understanding of information governance legislation
- Producing reports and organise data, co-ordinate feedback on the Service
- Organising equipment checks
- Being accountable to the Service Administration Manager or Business Support Coordinator who is monitoring and delegating admin tasks, ensuring efficient methods of working and daily targets are being met.
