We empower the Wealth Management industry with our digital platform and provide an easy-to-use web-based solution customized to any of our client’s needs. LinkedTrade offers cutting-edge solutions that outperform traditional services and allows fast pricing and execution on all structured products with most issuers.

As part of our Client Success team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our clients to ensure they maximize the value they receive from LinkedTrade. You will handle business development for existing customers, onboarding, training, support, and upgrades. You will work with a team passionate about playing a significant role in our clients' growth.

LinkedTrade is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate with a passion for technology and a strong interest in derivatives and structured products. Customer Success Associates are in the front line for most expansion opportunities and new client onboarding.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Understanding all the features of the LinkedTrade platform and how they relate to business needs
- Manage the onboarding and integration of new clients
- Organize regular presentations to educate our clients on how to use LinkedTrade
- Support our clients, discuss, and analyze their needs to improve the workflows
- Collaborate with our developers to discuss and solve any identified issues
- Participate in the road map design and release cycles
- Coordinate with our developers for hotfixes
- Collaborate with our management team on the marketing strategy

**Skills**:

- Strong interest in FinTech and derivatives
- High work ethic and level of professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive and adaptability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Pro-activeness with customers
- Creative, problem solver and result oriented

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years sales experience, preferably working in SaaS or B2B sales
- Good knowledge in finance and ideally in structured products and equity derivatives
- A client-first attitude
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
