London, Greater London, United Kingdom Aphex Full time £30,000 - £60,000 per year

About Aphex
We're the construction coordination platform that's replacing outdated spreadsheets with multiplayer tools that delivery teams love. Major contractors like BAM, Balfour Beatty, SKANSKA, Kier, MACE, and Murphy use Aphex to deliver their projects ranging from £50 million to multi-billion pound mega projects.

Since launching in 2019, we've grown to become the market-leading solution in both the UK and the Australia with aspirations to be where all major projects around the world are planned and delivered.

We're tackling an industry that drives 10% of global GDP yet has seen productivity decline for 20 years. It's time for change.

The Role
As a Customer Success Associate at Aphex, you'll learn our proven Land & Expand Engine by working in our UK Customer Success team. In the CSA role you'll develop the skills to drive project-level value that creates momentum across entire organisations.

At Aphex, we value innovation and encourage everyone to challenge the status quo. As you grow in this role, you'll have opportunities to propose better ways of working and make them a reality.

Your learning journey:
Over the next 6 to 9 months, you'll work in apprentice mode with the four other members of our UK CS team, learning how to help major contractors get the most value out of Aphex. You'll also work closely with our Account Manager and Account Executives in the UK, understanding how project success drives enterprise growth.

What You'll Learn And Do

  • Shadow and learn how to run project deployments: Work alongside experienced CSMs as they kickoff, set up, and train teams
  • Support planning routines: Help establish weekly planning sessions that become the cornerstone of project success (these routines are what separate good projects from great ones)
  • Assist with user activation: Learn how to move teams from weekly planning to daily coordination, multiplying the value Aphex delivers
  • Build relationships: Develop connections with the delivery team, Supervisors, Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers who become champions for better planning
  • Monitor project health: Track adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve how teams use Aphex

Your progression path:
Start as a Customer Success Associate learning from our experienced team. Within 6 to 9 months, most Associates are promoted to Customer Success Manager, owning their own portfolio of projects.

The team you'll join:
You'll be part of our growing UK team, working directly with four Customer Success Managers who collectively support projects worth billions in construction value. You'll also collaborate with our sales team (one Account Manager and two Account Executive) to understand the full customer journey from initial project to enterprise-wide adoption. In addition to the existing team we are currently hiring two Customer Success Associates, one Account Manager and one Head of Sales and Customer Success for our UK hub plus others in our APAC hub.

Why this matters:
Every project you help succeed means real projects gets delivered better, your work will make a tangible difference. You're not just supporting software adoption, you're helping build the future of Australia's cities and communities.

About You
At Aphex, we believe our team should reflect the variety of perspectives in the world we build for. We've noticed that qualified candidates from underrepresented groups sometimes hesitate to apply unless they meet 100% of the listed requirements, while others might apply when meeting just 60%. If you're excited about Aphex and believe you have the core skills to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't check every box in the description. Your unique perspective might be exactly what we need.
