We are looking for a high calibre Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and growing team to help spearhead our further expansion into the US Life Science recruitment market.
There is flexibility to push start and finish times from our regular 9-5.30 office hours to later, to cater to the US market, and some home working once initial training in the role is complete.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full 360 recruitment covering vacancies across the Boston and Greater Boston market in the USA
- Client generation and business development.
- Flexibility in working hours (you will be supporting clients in a different time zone so a later start and
finish will be required)

Experience or skills:

- Graduate calibre
- Previous recruitment experience preferred
- Self-motivated, well organised and passionate about what you do
