Essential Results are an independent, successful recruitment agency based in the heart of Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Full or Part-Time Recruitment Consultant.

We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a casual dress code, although business dress is required when you are visiting our clients.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will be**:
**Sales Activities**
- Including New Business generation
- Meet Sales/ gross profit targets
- Write proposal documents and tenders as well as negotiating fees
- Writing and placing job adverts on various platforms
- Client visits

**Client Management**
- Qualify job specifications
- Serving clients by identifying their needs and providing feedback
- Benchmark for clients
- Pre-screening, and coaching

**Administration duties**
- Keep CRM system up to date
- Any other duties as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
