Not your usual engineering consultancy... This is a global design-focused organisation with offices across 8 different countries. The UK is home and 70% of the company's work is delivered from its multiple offices in this country.
They are big on architecture and design - recognised as a leader in the industry and involved with some of the largest and most iconic projects out there - this includes public-realm projects and smart cities.
Bristol is home to around 50 people including Engineers, Architects, and Designers. All experts in their field, and on hand to provide the guidance and mentorship needed to fast-track your career progression.
The successful Senior Structural Engineer will need some experience working within a similar role at a consultancy - ideally, working on various building structures across numerous sectors and using multiple materials.
Some of the responsibilities and requirements of this Senior Structural Engineer position include:

- Ideally, you will be qualified with MEng in Civil Engineering and be passionate about becoming a Chartered Structural Engineer or be Chartered already.
- Structural design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
- Capable of working with the relevant engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla
- Experience leading a team of Engineers and Technicians.
- All the other usual communication and presentation skills will be important as you will be representing the company while directly liaising with clients and helping to grow the business.
