HR Shared Service Administrator

We are working with one of the UK’s largest food production companies, who are looking to bring on a HR Shared Services Administrator to join their rapidly growing HR function.
You’ve probably ate their products in places like Nandos or had them for your roasts on a Sunday. Their operation is one of the most impressive in Europe and they’re well respected for their approach to ethics and welfare.
As this role sits within the HR part of the business, it goes without saying that you will be handling sensitive data, getting involved with payroll, company benefits, holiday entitlements and confidential queries.
Some of your key responsibilities will be dealing with the weekly payroll for employees, ensuring their contracts and rates of pay are correct and up to date, all contract letters and queries are produced and answered swiftly.
You’ll be a dab hand at Excel, Word and the full Microsoft suite and have experience working with multiple systems at the same time, as these are key skills you’ll need here.
You’ll get a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 and working in the recently refurbished offices in Brackley, Northamptonshire. So being within a commutable distance of this site is a must.
