Joining this leading electrical distribution business in Glasgow as a Graduate Trainee, you will complete an exciting rotational programme where you'll spend time training in different departments before focusing on B2B sales. **Role Responsibilities**
As a Graduate Trainee joining this rotational programme, you will:
- Learn about key areas of the business, the market they operate in and the products they sell.
- Be mentored by an experienced manager.
- Complete a programme of professional sales training that will equip you with all of the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.
- Progress towards a business development and area sales role where you will identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with B2B customers.
**Rewards**
As a Graduate Trainee, you will receive:
- A starting salary between £23,000 - £25,000
- Uncapped bonus potential
