We are currently looking for a passionate **Self-checker**, to join our **Basil Street team **on a **permanent **basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a **Self-checker**, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- To clean all allocated bedrooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP
- To handle all Lost Property items in accordance to departmental SOP
- To personalize the service to our guests by using guest history where possible in line with our LQA Standards
- Physically check daily status of all assigned apartments in order to identify, solve and minimize any discrepancy.
- Ensure the highest standards of security are stringently always adhered to regarding guests property, colleagues' property, and apartments property.
- To keep track of the pantry inventories and stock update.

You will be required to work **40hours** per week, on a shift rota.
