**Trainee Special Needs School Teaching Assistant - Barking and Dagenham**

**£72-£85 per day**

Train to be a Teaching Assistant on our Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme. Whether you have experience working with children or young people, or you’re looking to get into education, our new Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme could be theperfect way to train as a specialist SEN TA and learn on the job.

**About the role**:

- Earn a minimum £350 per week
- Full-time
- Based working in a Special Needs School for Primary and Secondary aged pupils with Autism

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who want to move into a career in either teaching or working with children with disabilities. You will benefit from in-depth support and training from the school, and develop your knowledge of working with childrenwith special needs.

**About you**:

- Bundles of personality and not afraid of a challenge
- A compassionate and patient person who has a genuine care for others
- This role is BASED IN A SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL. You will need to be confident in supporting children with severe Autism where children could be non-verbal and display challenging behaviour.

**The Training Programme**

Our Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme consists of on-the-job training in a school alongside a bespoke CPD programme, developed by ex-senior leaders and our CPD Partners, Creative Education.

- Enhanced Safeguarding

As part of your enrollment on the Early Years Teaching Assistant Programme, you’ll have free access to over 300 courses to help you develop your skills in specialised areas.
