**The Role**:
As a Junior Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customer engagement and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure a smooth and professional service experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organisation, and being part of a fast-paced, energetic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate day-to-day customer service operations to support marketing campaigns
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and feedback is actioned
- Track customer interactions and update internal systems (e.g. CRM)
- Support the customer service team with scheduling, admin, and reporting tasks
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and service delivery
- Help monitor campaign performance from a customer experience perspective
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role is a bonus, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and grow within the marketing and customer experience space
