**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colour and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
- Complete projects within specified timelines while ensuring quality standards are met.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Basic knowledge of colour theory and mixing techniques is advantageous.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

please note this is a maintenance painter position and you may be required to complete a few jobs within a day,

A lot of our work is rental properties where only affected walls/ceilings may be required to be painted.

Driving licence required as van will be provided for right person after probation period.

Paid weekly with overtime available.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
