**Join Our Team We’re Recruiting for a Dynamic Recruiter**

Are you ready to make an impact in the world of internal recruitment? We’re on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the Blackburn office, the rest working from home.

As a key player in our recruitment function, you’ll work closely with recruiting managers and the broader team to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. You’ll be managing 15+ vacancies at different stages of sourcing, selection, and onboarding.

✨ **Key Responsibilities**:
**Initial Role Briefing**: Conducting initial meetings with recruiting managers to understand role requirements.

**Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to both client and Assystem processes, legislation, and company policies.

You’ll be an amazing recruiter with a deep understanding of the complete recruitment cycle, including:
**Undertaking role briefs**
**Sourcing**
**Interviewing**
✍️ **Offer management**
**Onboarding**

You’ll be working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at speed while ensuring accuracy is never compromised. The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential ‍ ️

Since most of the roles you will be recruiting are engineering and infrastructure-based, it would be ideal if you have experience in one of the following sectors:

- **Power Generation**

**Transportation Infrastructure**
**Engineering**
**Utilities**
️ **Construction/Facilities**

**Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.**
