The Motorist Café and Showroom is the newly merged relaxed café and showroom experience at The Motorist, alongside a merchandise shop. The café and classic car showroom is the perfect place for a quick pit stop and bite to eat, surrounded by an array of classic cars for sale at competitive prices.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Part time Sales Assistant** to support the smooth running of the merchandise shop within The Motorist.

Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, the Sales Assistant will help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

**Part time position, 18 hours per week. Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday. 6 hours per day. - Some flexibility to be required.**

**Duties include**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store & assist in Stocktaking Exercises
- Prepare Products for display
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information

**About you**:
As a driven and results focused customer service professional, you will have superb attention to detail and have experience of working within a similar Sales position.

You will have excellent interpersonal communication skills whilst having a creative flair to maximize new sales & marketing opportunities.

As a key team player, you will have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a day-to-day basis for requests. You will have an engaging and positive personality, with a natural ability to bond with customers.
