Commercial Scheduling Executive

**Reporting of the Role**:
This role reports to Group Manager, Scheduling Systems

**Overview of job**

You will work alongside 3rd party teams to deliver optimum listening experience by ensuring correct minute-age and break policy are adhered to as well as working with external teams delivering accurate radio reporting data and ensuring work quality is upheld and process and procedures are followed delivering customer service levels to our highest standards.

**Measures of success -**

**In the first few months, you would have**
- Displayed high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Established relationships with Scheduling, Programming, Inventory Operations and External parties including J-ET, Newslink and GTN
- Shown high level of internal and external customer service.
- Become established with all processes, including templates and external reporting
- Gained required knowledge on Global Brands
- Shown ability to problem solve.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Work alongside the business and programming to build, execute and communicate clearly commercial break templates inline with demand
- Ensure external reporting is accurate and delivered in required deadlines
- Ensure DAX breaks are accessible and correct
- Deliver high level of customer service to our external partners
- Manage repetition on our London and UK stations
- Monitor and report Failed orders promptly
- Circulate lay-downs and resolve any issues with T&T and NL
