Reporting to The Scoring Team Leader, the Scoring Administrator is to provide a high level of support for all day to aspects of Scoring, Scanning and Admin functions ensuring all customer SLA's are met at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and resolve customer queries linking to reports, data files, or any other scoring related task
- Upload accurate pupil data files for marking
- Assist Scoring Team Leader to coordinate the sorting and processing of parcels upon both arrival and departure of the scoring room so all adequate info is added and boxes are clearly marked
- Where needed play a key part in the introduction of new products or services into the scanning or scoring processes, including TRS and Quartz
- Provide cross departmental training as and when needed to ensure knowledge is shared between other teams as appropriate
- Assist with the set up and report function of the Kirkland Rowell surveys
- Maintain a good working relationship with relevant 3rd parties so that all queries and issues are resolved within agreed timescales and causing no delay to the scoring processes.
- Manage the Scoring function for Admission Testing and all associated tasks with the AT processes - This is to include pupil data management, QRA creation, Reconciliation of QRA's upon return, self-scanning customers and the full scanning and results process through to completion.
**Skills and Education Required**:
**Essential**
- Excellent people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Good attention to details and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Adaptive and able to solve problems.
- Excellent team working skills - equally important is the ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrable ability to schedule and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to escalate and liaise with GLDS management.
**Desirable**
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to use macros and similar solutions for data visualisation
- Good general understanding of IT processes for data transfers between different parties.
