What is Benefex Gateway all about then, I hear you ask? Well
We look after customer groups from SME clients, that’s small/medium/enterprise. Some of these customer groups are using our new digital platform, and some are existing customers who use more traditional processes to manage their employees benefits. The team you will be working in supports our sales team and our customers in ensuring they have all they need to manage their employee benefits. Our area also provides reporting to various stakeholders to ensure that we are complying with regulations and governance. It’s an ever changing area as we are striving to move more customers on the digital platform, known as Gateway.
**So what exactly will you be doing on the daily?....Well for starters, you will be**:
- Updating monthly reports, complaints, Net Promotor scores, presentations, and any other ad hoc items that come your way.
- Supporting a team of 4 Technical experts, pulling together spreadsheet information for them to review and sign off on and share with our customers.
- Triaging requests from other areas of the business that come in to the Technical team and redirecting when appropriate.
- Updating our process/training system, Information Station, with any items the Technical Team feel are required.
- Accountable for updating any changes in rates on the system
- Writing and distributing a monthly newsletter for the various teams with in the Gateway department.
**What are we looking for in an ideal person?**
Well although you don’t need to be hugely experienced in the industry; what we’re after is a superb team player who will roll their sleeves up, be flexible to the needs of this new position, and be confident enough to speak up when you can see something isn’t working as well as it could. You will definitely need to be fully competent in using, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
