We are looking for someone who has genuine passion and knowledge on developing people, enjoys a fast-paced energetic environment where you can really make a mark by helping to design and launch talent processes

**What you'll get up to as a Learning and Development Partner
To give you an idea what to expect, you'll be:

- Working with the Head of People Development to support both the development and the delivery of a compelling Talent Development strategy across the organisation
- Acting as a genuine Learning business partner to all areas of AFI with regards to the management and development of Talent
- Creating and embedding individual and organisational capability and development frameworks
- Driving AFI values, cultural characteristics, and philosophy through all Talent Development activities

**What we look for in you
- Expert knowledge of Talent Development methodologies, practices, and processes.
- In depth experience of utilising LMS and Talent Management and Development systems to support delivery of Talent programs
- Ability to think innovatively, be curious and be able to ‘connect the dots’.
- Expert facilitation and coaching capabilities.
- Phenomenal stakeholder skills
