Health Care Assistant/support Worker

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each residents needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on residents progress and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of residents care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with residents in a friendly manner, providing emotional support and companionship.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with residents and team members.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with developing and following care plans is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills for maintaining electronic health records and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when working independently.
- A caring attitude with a genuine interest in helping others improve their quality of life.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.40 per hour
Expected hours: 12.40 per week
