As an Accounts Payable Group Administrator, you’ll process invoices for ROI, Dutch, and UK Support office entities, your keen eye for detail and knack for dealing with high volumes of work will shine as you make sure transactional data is correct and is processed through the systems, consistently meeting the required service level agreements. You’ll work closely within the team to guarantee the smooth and timely handling of financial data to support business operations.
You’ll get involved with different tasks from processing invoices, resolving customer queries, performing reconciliations, and carrying out invoice payments. But that’s not all, you’ll produce payment runs ensuring these are within the agreed processes for accurate bank submissions. Collaboration is key, working with the team on daily tasks efficiently, promoting a right-first-time approach, and assisting with cross-training for efficiency across the department.
You’ll bring excellent organisational qualities and strong attention to detail as you perform statement reconciliations.
