We are currently looking for a **General Operative** to join our team at Harper Lane, Radlett WD7 7HX.

**Role Responsibility**:
As **General Operative **reporting directly to the Asphalt Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational activities of the Asphalt plant. Responsibilities include:
- Operating mobile plant on the Asphalt plant
- Meeting customer demand with high quality material and service
- Working with the technical department to ensure full compliance at all times
- Assisting with general maintenance and general housekeeping of the plant
- Adhering the Health and Safety site policies and procedures at all times
To be successful in this role you will have previous **General Operative **experience or a good understanding of Asphalt production processes. You will:
- Have experience of operating mobile plant equipment in a similar environment
- Have good communication skills and the ability to work within time constraints
- Have experience of working with Asphalt, and of ensuring quality of material is maintained throughout production processes
- Be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Have experience of Health and Safety policies and procedures
