Skilled Barista

At Aero Bike & Bean we take pride in serving high-quality coffee and providing an exceptional experience for our customers. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our new location in gravesend.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

- Barista experience: 2 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
