A position has arisen with our client in the North Liverpool area who are seeking a Multilingual Export Administrator (French and/or Spanish speaking) to join their Service team. The purpose of the position is to act as the first point of contact for internationalenquiries from customers and suppliers. On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000. Hours of work are Monday to Friday during core office hours. The company also offer hybrid working between home and office though you can be purely office based if preferred.
The main duties of an Export Administrator are;- Develop and maintain relationships with international customers and suppliers
- Taking and processing orders - raise work orders with the manufacturing team
- Overseeing the order process until delivery
- Organise any sample requests from customers
- Provide product information and costings/quotes to customers
- Liaise with transport companies to ensure the smooth shipping of goods
- Completing export documentation
- Research the marketplace to provide opportunities to the sales team
- Deal with any customer issues or complaints
- Keep the CRM system updated
- Ideally you will have export experience and understand export documentation
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Possess a good level of IT skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
