AV Executive

**Role Overview**

As an AV Executive your responsibilities will cover (not exhaustive):

- Support the team to d eliver consistent and best in class campaigns across AV
- Ensure client servicing is to a high standard
- Build your relationships with media owners
- Demonstrate the basic principles of media, especially AV

**Key Responsibilities**
***_Buying
- **

**Entry Level**:

- **Ensuring that schedules are booked in correctly and tracking sheets are updated regularly**
- **Track delivery vs plan and optimisations, liaising with media owners to action turnarounds**
- **Maintain the accuracy of wider AV reporting such as Deal Screen**
- **Good knowledge of the TV stations across the network, general programming and audiences**
- **Building strong working relationships low-level media owners (assistants and execs)**

**Advanced**:

- **Delivering consistent and best in class campaigns across all DRTV campaigns**
- **Responsible for delivery of planned campaign targets and key quality + value parameters**
- **Relevant analysis of findings in reports and PCA’s, able to optimise and give recommendations where applicable**
- **Assist in full reconciliation of campaigns across your clients and be responsible for the campaigns you bought**
- **Bring innovative and creative ideas to the AV buying process**
- **Building strong working relationships mid-level media owners (managers)**

**_Planning
- **

**Entry Level**:

- **Develop knowledge of the AV market, keeping abreast of different innovations in that may work well for your clients**
- **Assist in delivering the investment management for Amplifi across all of AV which includes billing, Caria approvals, deal management**
- **Liaising with the admin team to set up campaigns**
- **Attending all media owner meetings & lunch and learns to keep up to date with industry news**

**Advanced**:

- **Attend all client / comms status to get a full understanding of all media campaigns across your client patch**
- **Helping to deliver high quality implementation and innovative media solutions by supporting team and contributing to Responses to Brief**
- **Correct management of Investment across your clients which includes AVP management, Caria uploads and billings**
- **Bring innovative and creative ideas to the AV planning process.**

**_Operational Excellence
- **

**Entry level**:

- **Develop a good understanding of AV systems, always selecting the correct system for each given task.**
- **Liaising with Paragon to ensure that all team admin is up to date and accurate by required deadlines (spot times / billings etc)**
- **Understanding of different DAN Opco’s including Amplifi and TSL**

**Advanced level**:

- **Confident use of all AV systems without any support. Able to pull data confidently, with a in depth of knowledge of system.**
- **Building strong working relationships with DAN Opco’s including Amplifi Commercial, MBST and TSL**

**_Department Contribution
- **

**Entry Level**:

- **Regularly attend media owner meetings and hot desks**
- **Contributing to buyers huddles and meetings where appropriate**
- **Communicate news with the wider AV team, particularly across the smaller saleshouses**

**Advanced**:

- **Regularly leading Team Huddles and contributing with in depth analysis to show wider department your TV knowledge**
- **Contribute to AV Department meetings and other projects across the department**
- **Helping to train & develop direct reports, including identifying and addressing any training or development needs across AV (CARIA / DDS / Prisma / Stack etc)**
