Pass Issue Executive

This role offers the chance to collaborate within the Recruitment department and across the broader BA network.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be part of the team running the on the day Pass Issue operation.
- Conducts verification of Criminal Records Checks, Overseas, Criminal Record Checks and Enhanced Criminal Records Checks
that are a requirement for staff to obtain or renew an Airside or Crew pass or for staff that work with, or have access to children
or vulnerable adults.
- Participates in the Issuance of identification passes for British Airways, the IAG Group and our partners, restricting and
controlling the access that pass holders have to areas and facilities where the pass holder has a legitimate business reason
for that access.
- Accurate completion of documents and appropriate filing.

**What you’ll bring to British Airways**:

- Strong Problem solving skills.

**Your experience**:

- Experience of recruitment compliance requirements as defined by BA, Airport Authorities, CAA and other regulatory bodies desirable.
- IT literate and able to learn all appropriate operational and corporate systems.
- Currently holds, or will be able to maintain, a CTC (Counter Terrorist Check).
