The Sands Security Group Ltd are looking for experienced **Door Supervisors** who have the flexibility to work weekday evenings, nights and weekends. As a Door Supervisor you will need to demonstrate and deliver high quality security and customer service to both our clients and service users at various venues. Although the vacancy is advertised as part time, the successful applicant would be expected to fully commit to the role.

There is the possibility of promotion to Head Door Supervisor for the right person.

**Job Requirements**:

- SIA Door Supervisor Licence essential
- Door Supervisor experience required
- Must have good command of English Language
- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
- To have a smart appearance befitting the company
- Excellent communication both written & verbal
- Excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties
- Be able to stand/walk for extended periods

**Job Role**:

- Have experience security reporting procedures.
- To be able to work well in a team.
- Be calm under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Able to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience in the use of radio communications
- Have the presence of mind to be able to defuse difficult situations
- Be able to liaise with external authorities and services as required
- To ensure that the Daily Occurrence Book is maintained correctly and that all relevant reports are made on an Incident Report Form
- Respond accordingly to emergencies and incidents where necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
