**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Apprentice to join our Logistics Team. In this full-time role, you will gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in logistics with a company committed to developing its people.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitoring the shared inbox and actioning enquiries in line with KPIs
- Handling inbound calls in a professional and confident manner
- Booking and allocating jobs to suppliers and updating our transport system
- Requesting updates from suppliers and keeping colleagues and clients informed
- Reviewing PODs and ensuring all required documentation is received.
- Following up on quotations to convert leads and logging outcomes
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders and escalating issues when required
- Updating CRM records with customer feedback and new opportunities
- Supporting sales lead generation activities
- Assisting with data collection for reporting purposes
- Contacting first-time customers for delivery updates and encouraging Google reviews

- Are ambitious and keen to develop professionally
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable communicating with suppliers and drivers (with training)
- Can think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a values-driven team
- Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
