Senior Associate

**About The Role**:
Our Education team is recruiting for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join the team.

The team have extensive, collective experience in the education sector, working with over 300 educational establishments from nurseries through to higher and further education colleges and universities. They work closely with Boards of Governors, Heads Bursars, Commercial School Groups and School Proprietors of independent schools.

Working on a broad range of educational matters, you will lead on the work we do with academies, including advising on academy conversions and MAT expansions.

**About You**:
**You will need**:

- 6+ years or more PQE
- A solid grounding in education work, and working with academies
- An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
- To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
- To have strong commercial acumen
- To be proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
