Drive Technology Change as a Senior Business Analyst

This Worcester based Housing Association is on a mission to revolutionise how technology serves its tenants and stakeholders. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for impactful technology products and systems that are at the heart of their business solutions.

In this role, you'll work within the technology group to deliver high-quality, innovative technology products and services that enhance lives. You'll be instrumental in turning strategic goals into tangible, user-centered solutions that address critical needs across the organisation.

With an early focus on implementing and optimizing new systems, you'll influence the lifecycle of key product, transforming ideas into functional, user-friendly tools.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll focus on driving product excellence by:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Delivering high-quality functional and non-functional specifications, process mappings, and system designs.
  • Leading the creation of product-focused solution designs that underpin technology change and improve outcomes.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of systems and processes.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in and maximize product impact.
  • Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts, fostering a high-performing team.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience delivering technology-focused business analysis
  • A track record in creating business cases and translating requirements into successful product outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in systems implementation, optimization, and requirements gathering.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
