Coolfun Ltd are currently seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Administration Assistant. This role encompasses developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online presence, and supporting general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

16 hours, Monday - Thursday 10am to 2pm

Rate of Pay - Meets NMW

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain active social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and updates to drive audience interaction and growth.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.

**Content Creation**:

- Generate creative and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with venue managers to develop content calendars and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Provide support to the Office Manager with document preparation, record-keeping, and other administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
