At Masterclass, we have been tasked in recruiting for a teaching assistant for a wonderful primary school in the Rustington area.

The school provide a happy and safe environment where the children can thrive in their education. They have a colourful and well-equipped outdoor area to expand the children’s learning outside the classroom setting. They also have their very own forest school where the children can explore and learn about nature whilst in a safe and controlled environment.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with groups of children or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling children to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**:

- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**
