Accommodation Booking Service Operator

Job Introduction
As an **Accommodation Booking Service Operator** at** St Omar Barracks. **It will be your job to operate a room booking service within a team using bespoke software on behalf of our client to maximize room occupancy across the Allenby Connaught Contract real estate. You will also be required to attend meetings relevant to the role with the accommodation manager

**What you’ll do**:

- To operate a room booking service using bespoke software on behalf of our client to maximize room occupancy across the Allenby Connaught Contract estate
- To utilize Microsoft office software packages including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Attend to queries form customers relating to bookings and resolve any issues
- Attend meetings relevant to the role with the accommodation manager
- Undertake training as required

**What you bring**:

- Good customer service and communications skills
- Experience of using Microsoft software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to analyse and resolve problems
- Working closely within a small team
- Experience of working within a military environment and knowledge of the military rank system would be desirable
