We are now looking for a friendly, proactive, and professional Service Advisor to join our team and be the vital link between our customers and our workshop.

**Role Purpose**

The Service Advisor plays a key role in ensuring every customer receives a smooth, stress-free experience when booking in their vehicle. From handling enquiries and booking appointments to managing warranty claims and providing progress updates, you will make sure customers feel supported every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Book customers in for workshop and warranty work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process warranty claims and follow company and manufacturer procedures.Keep customers fully updated on the progress of their vehicle, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Handle objections and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Provide clear, accurate information in response to general enquiries.
- Work independently while following company processes and standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, supporting the reputation of Infinity Motors.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, while being a reliable part of the team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or service advisor role (automotive sector preferred but not essential).
