**Role: Sanctions Risk Assessment Analyst
Duration: 1 year Fixed Term Contract
Location: Reading(Hybrid)
The role**:
As a Sanctions Risk Assessment Analyst with Client, you will be responsible for performing sanctions screening and ensuring that an effective sanctions screening process is in place within our Global Security Operations department here in Reading, Berkshire,UK. Undertaking sanctions screening analysis for a broad range of areas, you'll ensure that these sanctions checks are conducted in a timely, efficient, accurate and professional manner.
**Your skills and qualifications as a Sanctions Risk Assessment Analyst will ideally include**:

- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or relevant vocational experience
- Computer database literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Access
- Excellent and accurate written and verbal communications skills.
- Research experience.

Confident, pragmatic and resourceful, as a Sanctions Risk Assessment Analyst with client you will be efficient and discreet with excellent self-motivation and interpersonal skills as well as being of a naturally inquisitive nature. Customer focused and confidentworking on your own initiative as well as part of a team, you will need to be flexible and comfortable responding to urgent and time critical matters in a positive manner.
**As a Sanctions Risk Assessment Analyst your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Carrying out detailed analysis and research of entities and individuals with business links to client.
- The production of detailed and accurate sanctions risk reports together with justifications of risk rankings.
- The production of accurate statistical data as and when requires by management. Handling queries from stakeholders with regards to the client Sanctions process.
