Page Personnel are working with an organisation in the IT sector, based near Rochdale, who are looking to appoint a HR Manager on a permanent basis. This role would be suited to someone who has previous experience setting up a HR function from scratch.

Our client were established over twenty years ago and have experienced incredible growth over the last three years. Due to growth, they want to bring in an HR Manager who will support them on their journey and develop their own HR career in the process.The role is suited to someone who has previously set up HR functions from scratch and have a passion for people and the success of the business. Their offices are based in Middleton.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the HR Manager include:

- Establishing recruitment processes across the business
- Working with all teams to help with onboarding
- Maintaining and updating HR systems
- Managing employee relations processes
- Writing and reviewing HR policies

**Profile**

The successful HR Manager should have:

- Previous experience working in a HR role
- Experience setting up a HR function
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Ability to think strategically and commercially
- Experience writing HR policies

**Job Offer**
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000
