**The Role**
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a high calibre International sales team, your key task will be to develop and implement the company's commercial strategy, focusing on the fast growing UK and International Ecommerce, Parcel and Post sectors, identifyingand prioritising new business opportunities whilst taking exciting new product and logistics solutions to market.
Responsibilities will include:

- Putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do
- Growing market share and profitability
- Developing and introducing new products & solutions
- Expanding the UK and International customer base

**The Person**
An experienced, Sales Director, from the Material Handling / Automation / Capital Equipment sectors, selling to national and international Ecommerce, Parcel & Post end-user customers. Must be able to demonstrate experience of sales growth, new product developmentand introduction, whilst delivering industry leading levels of customer service. Commercially strong, an excellent communicator, relationship builder, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels. Personal credibility, vision and drive.
