Senior Designer, Amazon Private Brands

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field - 5+ years of experience in creative and design roles, at least 3 of which involve brand design and art direction - Strong proficiency in design/presentation software and tools (specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma) - Effective cross-team collaborator who delivers with agility across multiple complex creative projects while meeting deadlines - Design portfolio, including at least 3 multi-component projects that demonstrate dedication to high-quality creative work, strategic vision, concept development, and production excellence - Fluency in digital art direction and production, including familiarity with retouching and post-production editing - Detailed, hands-on experience with typography and image standards for web - In-depth knowledge of design strategy and building brand experiences - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing onsite and offsite creative for e-commerce or Omnichannel
- Expertise in art direction, photo briefing, and on-figure and off-figure photography
- Knowledge of UX and front-end web design processes and best practices
- Knowledge of video storyboarding, editing, and development
