Business Administration Apprentice

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry and clerical tasks.
- Manage and organise files, ensuring that all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the organisation of meetings and events, including scheduling and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement as needed.
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Some Excel skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be taking phone calls from our customers sometimes.
- Basic clerical skills, including typing and computer literacy.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development within a business environment.
This apprenticeship is an excellent stepping stone for anyone looking to build a career in business administration while gaining valuable on-the-job experience in a supportive setting.
PROGRESSION
Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship you will have gained a national qualification which is recognised throughout the industry and this may lead to a full time permanent role within the company where available.

Expected hours: 35 per week
