**Role Description/Key Accountabilities**:
- Answering incoming calls/ reception duties
- Accepting deliveries from couriers
- Marketing on Social Media
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of stationary
- Produce management reports
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Provide support to the sales team
- Update the CRM Other Admin tasks
**Desired Skills**:
- Willing to answer the telephone is a must
- Basic computer skills knowledge of word, excel & outlook
- Be comfortable working under your own initiative
- Friendly, Enthusiastic & sociable
- Good level of written and verbal English
- Presentable, Professional, and excellent timekeeping
- Willing to follow instructions and learn with a positive attitude
