We strongly believe that vaping should be accessible to everyone, from an experienced vaper who loves to build their own coils or if it is someone looking to quit cigarettes. We are passionate and pride ourselves on customer service, genuine products and good advice when it comes to Vaping. Offering clear and simple advice in a relaxed atmosphere that is not intimidating to someone looking to start vaping but can still offer advice to the experienced vapers and maintain our values.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greeting customers and dealing with them in a timely and polite manner
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
- Give impartial advice in accordance to customer needs
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Answering queries from customers and dealing with customer complaints.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Working within established guidelines
