Southampton, United Kingdom Carnival UK Full time

We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business. That means the role requirements here should be seen as a guide, not a checklist. If you have more, less or different experiences, but really relevant skills, we’d love to hear from you.

We work flexibly and will support you to find a healthy balance of remote working and time in our fantastic Southampton office, collaborating, taking part in events and developing the social connections that make working with us so rewarding.

**The Role**

The Product Administrator is a key member of the Shore Experience Product team, working across brands to support the team in developing and delivering Shore Experiences in all destinations. Your main focus will be the set up and delivery of shore experience products and programmes across allocated regions. Responsible for the administration, maintenance and upload of the tour inventory and associated marketing collateral.

If you have a passion for travel and want to develop your understanding of the destinations and communities our ships call to, this is a great opportunity to join a likeminded team. Our goal is to curate authentic local activities and exhilarating adventures that provide our guests with exceptional experiences and memories that last a lifetime.
- The Shore Experience Product Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance and upload of product content and images within the inventory management and ecommerce systems.
- You will build and maintain strong partnerships with our external suppliers to secure inventory and ensure that the product range is available for guests to purchase in our e-commerce platforms, in line with the ‘on sale’ schedules. Liaise with copywriters, source imagery and manage the copy within Adobe Experience Manager.
- Monitor pre-cruise sales and liaise with our suppliers to obtain additional capacity to maximise revenue and guest experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Guest Experience, Customer Contact Centre and shipboard teams, providing support in response to a given situation.
- You will also take the lead on various other tasks, depending on the needs of the business, which may include areas such as supporting trade partner familiarisation activities, supplier invoice reconciliation and departmental travel arrangements etc.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK12 and is offered on a full time, permanent with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

**About You**

- Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills
