GSL Education Watford is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a school located in Harrow. The school requires an experienced professional who has the love for working with children having special needs. The selection of applicants will be based on a trial andinterview with the school.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will possess the following:

- Level 2/3 SEN Qualification
- At least one year of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting
- Energetic and patient with strong classroom management skills and the understanding of inclusion, making all learners feel acceptable and promote the idea of inclusive learning
- Capable to understand and implement the school’s behaviour policy, the SEN Policy and the code of conduct including the issuing of rewards and sanctions within the academy’s policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in undertaking observations for assessment of SEN children

You are required to have the following:

- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Able to provide two professional child related references
