**Who are you?**
- Very likely, you will currently be a PA, Sales & Marketing PA or Administrator.
- You’ll be skilled across the MS Office suite, with particular focus on Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You’ll come with demonstrable examples of work that highlight the value you have added value, used your initiative, and been a team player.
- You’ll be within a suitable commute and be able to work full time in great offices on the outskirts of Maidstone.
- A solid educational foundation, preferable with a degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field is highly valued.
**What you’ll be doing**:
Taking instruction from the MDs PA, the Sales & Marketing PA Support role will utilise your excellent people and administration skills as well as your eagerness to learn about tasks set around Marketing. Being responsible for arranging meetings, travel, and all-round support to a first
- class standard to aid efficiencies and accuracy, this requires an individual who is a quick learner and can also action and manage with speed and precision.
- To assist the Managing Director’s PA with projects, events and daily running of the office.
- Carry out PA and the marketing duties and collaborating with colleagues to make sure that basically, things get done.
- Organising and servicing meetings, arranging travel, accommodation, sustenance, meeting rooms, producing agendas, whilst liaising with all involved to ensure meetings run smoothly.
- To work with the New Business team to ensure that campaigns are coordinated, with stationery, literature and relevant incentive items, and are distributed to aid the New Business team’s efforts
- Writing business documents for internal and external contacts: these include marketing and event materials, PowerPoint presentations, Excel documents with business and marketing data.
**Who are you?**
