Front of House apprentice

Hospitality/Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship

37.5-40 hours per week

As an Apprentice at the beginning your career, you will quickly become part of our team and you will be developed and encouraged to learn all aspects of our business. Specialising in Customer Service & Creating the right atmosphere for people to enjoy premium fish and seafood, locally produced meat and game and a mouth-watering menu of vegetarian and vegan options we pride ourselves in being a destination venue for customers who want to experience excellent menus and service in the most beautiful of environments and we would love you to join us and become an integral part of our team.

As an Apprentice working front of house you will:

- Serve the Customers
- Taking down orders
- Liaising with Restaurant team and Bar Staff on customer orders
- Wipes tables
- Prep for turn around of customers
- Keep area clean and tidy
- Taking payments
- Be encouraged to become involved in events & presentation, identifying future drink trends and supporting the high service values of the business
- Engage in all aspects of Health and Safety required and essential to the restaurant sector

**Salary**: £10,400.00-£19,760.00 per year

- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
