About the role:
We are seeking a highly qualified, skilled, and experienced Listing Agent to join our team. The
- real estate investment strategies, - real estate portfolio management - client outreach and task management.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in speaking to new leads,

analysing real estate deals, and executing complex investment deals, configuring best case

scenarios, as well as managing relationships with a wide range of investors.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing and Execution:

- Source, negotiate, and execute high-value investment deals. Conduct due diligence

processes, risk assessments, and contract negotiations to ensure successful transaction

outcomes.
- Identification of leads, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities

through the use of our CRM, consisting of commercial, residential, and mixed-use

properties.
- Configuring different investment strategies for each opportunity.
- Manage the entire cycle of real estate investments from enquiry through to asset listing

and sale completion, ensuring the process runs smoothly from start to end.

Investor Relations:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse investors, including high-net
- worth individuals, institutional investors, and regular investors. Clearly communicate the

firm's investment strategies, performance, and market insights to stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Research:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends,

opportunities, and risks in real estate and other investment sectors. Provide actionable

insights to support investment decisions and project management. This is essential in

developing your knowledge and understanding to continue performing at your best.

Qualifications required to be considered:
**Education**:

- A Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or any professional

qualifications related to these fields is preferred. -Individuals with extensive experience in a similar role, without a related degree, will be

considered

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment/ estate agency with a strong

track record of successful deals in the UK market.
- Significant experience in converting vendors to clients and providing them with effective

solutions.
- Proven ability to source, analyse, and execute complex investment deals.
- Experience in forming relationships with a diverse range of investors, especially

institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
